My name is GUI QING and my passport No is EJ2679812. My passport have submitted to your department and EMGS percentage is 90% for more than 14 working days. Can you speed up my process? since I need my passport to China which is quite urgent. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.

  We submitted your passport to the Immigration Department on 1 November 2023. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any update we will notify the institution accordingly.
