My name is GUI QING and my passport No is EJ2679812. My passport have submitted to your department and EMGS percentage is 90% for more than 14 days. Can you speed up my process? since I need my passport to China which is quite urgent. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.

  Please be informed that your passport is currently with the Immigration Department for approval. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
