Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Xie Xuhui with passport number EB1127523.I submitted my passport to IMCC at USM on the 13th of October, I went to enquire on the 10th of November and they told me that my passport is still waiting to be stamped, I also called EMGS on that day and you guys told me that I need to verify the information but I have not got a reply so far. It has been a whole month since I submitted my passport and there is only 1 week to go before my student visa expires!!! Why haven’t you stamped my passport yet? I went back to Penang 2 months earlier but now my visa is about to expire and I haven’t renewed it yet, have you dealt with my request or not? What should I do?

  It still at 90%, and it lasted a month

  Kindly note that your passport will not be submitted to EMGS as the institution will liaise directly with the State Immigration to obtain your student pass. Therefore, you may follow up on the current status of your passport with the Institution accordingly.
