I am really sorry to bother you. My name is Xu Pengbo,my passport number is EJ3398902 and my application number is #########.
My visa progress has been stuck at 90 percent for more than ten days, and the people who handed in their passports with me have already got theirs. I urgently need my passport for the bank account. Can you help me push it? Thanks a lot!
