Hi dear EMGS

This is AMER AHMED AMER EMHMMED from Libya , I’m a new fresh student at University Tenaga Nasional and my course is Bachelor of electrical and electronics engineering.
My passport number is J4134NJ6 .
I’ve got my approval letter and my Travel authorisation letter.
Now I want to come to Malaysia and I wanna know what’s the required documents should I prepare before come to Malaysia!
And also I heard news about those students who got vaccinated can undergo quarantine at home !
Is that true?
Coz I got vaccinated the first dose and the second one will be 27th of this month and Im planning to come in 28th of July if that news true!
If it’s not , what should I do to come ?

  Please be informed you may proceed to enter Malaysia with the Visa Approval Letter and Travel Authorization.

  Please note you are required to undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days at a quarantine station designated by the Malaysian Government even if you are vaccinated.
