It is approved at 38% but you need to wait 3 working days to download the val at 70%

After it is approved at 38% you will wait 3 more working days then it will get 70% then that is the time you will download the Val….Right Did Yours also Got 70 % 👍

Your VAL approved on august 31 and you can downloaded on sept 4.
My VAL have been approved on august 30 but I have not get the information to download yet.
EMGS officer please check what is happening..
