Dear EMGS Officer,
The appeal letter has been in the Immigration Department for 10 days. Progress 50%. Will not this change soon? How much time does it take for approval? Already my class has started and I could not get admitted.
Please give me a suggestion.

  50% your VAL is out already right? If yes then you can apply SEV and fly to Malaysia. You don’t need to wait 100% before you can go Malaysia. Contact your uni for help.

    No.. 50% is not meaning.. that you VAL approved. You have to wait till VAL approved.. even embassy will not issue VDR without the VAL letter

      yes I am waiting for VAL approval since 14 february. But progress percentage is not change yet.

  Sorry My VAL was rejected on 30 November.Then on 5 february my institution make an appeal.Now I am waiting for VAL Approval from immigration.
