Its not true. Mine came online the very first day I applied
i applied 10 days ago ! still nothing
yes i applied to ELEC they keep saying this week will be online
Not yet but I believe it will be ready before the end of next week. I applied today at the embassy
For visa approval letter (eval),I got it last week tuesday
