Hi everyone! Im Yulduz Student of Westminster International College im from Uzbekistan!
Im doing Bachelor Degree final year!
My Val rejected ! U can see my Progress application history i submitted my passport with the payment for visa renewal on 29.08.2017 and a month letter my val rejected referring that the application did not meet the mandatory requirements and asking to contact with institution! That what i did! I have contacted with principle of my college Mr Baldev Singh.And he explain to me the reason of rejection is 2+1 program! 2 years in Malaysia and 1 year in Uk. However we have a choice in uk or malaysia. Its not compulsory to do final year in uk! Along with me there were about 30 students who faced same problem with me! On December we had meeting with students where we all signed a letter asking permission from Ministry of High Education in malaysia to change the program from 2+1 to 3+0 (3 years in malaysia)!
And we were informed that it will take a month to get approval ending of January we suppose to get the answer! Since there was no answer from college i decided to contact with EmGs where they explained that THERE WAS NO APPEAL DONE BY OUR INSTITUTION! I have contacted with my Principle, unfortunately did not get clear explanation about my case!
Currently im under special pass and this is my last special pass which is given for one month only!
It has been 5 months since i faced the issue!
I have made full payment of the tuition fees and my attendants is always above 80%
Im writing here to ask help from EmGs and from thise students who had experienced this issue!
