Good day. I have a serious issue. I applied for eval on 19th Jan. 2019 and I received a mail this morning requesting I upload another photo passport as the one uploaded didn’t meet the required dimensions. I am also expected to provide an offer letter other than the one I uploaded. For the offer letter,that they have contacted my institution to provide but I can also provide. Below are my challenges:
1. How do I upload the photo passport? Its obvious there’s no provision to upload it.
2. Should I wait for my institution to provide the offer letter or I should go ahead?
Please, help me as this is my first time of applying and I don’t want unnecessary delays. Thanks in anticipation
