      Don’t tamper with the medical you’ll do it after arriving in Malaysia before seven days of your arrival.
      And about the payment of the VAL you use credit card or pay through institution so if you have a friend or family living in Malaysia you’ll just send him the money and he or she will help you pay it direct in to the school account and help you submit the slip to the school management.
