Hello everyone, is that the val is a hard file or soft file that we print it by ourself?

  After you got your Val approved they will send it in your EMGS profile.You have to download it and print it…then apply for single entry visa using it…

      No…After u arrive in Malaysia,submit your passport to international office of your university.They will apply for MEV on behalf of u…….Good day
