It means your VAL is ready for download
It is 32 % now and status is “We are in the process of submitting your application to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for approval”.
It will be 35% after a day and it’ll be approved when it reaches 38% and that depends on lucky mine takes 5 working days and other people takes 7 working days or more than that but be rest assured that after it reaches 38 you’ll be able to download it after a day or two
