Alhamdulillah my appeal has been Approved after waiting for one month. I now have VAL

    Congratulations but am still surprised you got rejected for failing to upload full pages of passport, I only uploaded data page, am from Nigeria and I have already downloaded my VAL. But probably the immigration might still have my records because I did my Msc 8 yrs ago at UUM.
