I received my VAL letter , but my Visa issuance country was put as united Arab Emirates. Which I was a student which I just graduated. I was coming to Malaysia for my masters . Am currently in Nigeria . I want to apply in Nigeria will these affect me

  It’s a must to obtain the SEV at the country you choose to collect the SEV from but you can message the emgs about this issue b4 going to the Malaysia embassy in Nigeria
