I heard too many people here they got their VAL after 1 to 2 days from 38 to 70%
It is impossible to to wait three weeks bra you have deadline after everything you must attend your registration day in you university
But to feel comfortable ask the EMGS
38 to 70 it takes 2-3 days only..my case it took 2 days only
