From what I know the SEV is not that hard to get here in Egypt at Malaysia embassy the SEV is given the same day you applied for it.
But If the VAL happens to expire you’ll have to apply for another VAL to be able to travel to Malaysia
VAL has 6 month validity within which one is expected Tp apply for SEV was it lately started or how that happened as in Nigeria you get within d maximum of ten working days igot mine less than five days yours shouldn’t be exceptional or give us additional information of your special case
I received the val very late bcos i someone there helping to contact the school bcos he is requesting a lot money to send the val back here in nigeria,due financial handicap then i didnt collect it…He snt it 5months later after the val have been collected from the school,i have submitted my visa application form with the val to the malaysian embassy here in nigeria,the have not called me for the visa collection and the val is xpiring on 5th jan.
