For me the easiest way was i applied for an english language course in University Malaya (UM). I just paid 500 ringgit for application fee and 3000 for one year student visa. They did all the process for me. I send them what ever they asked and after 3 weeks i received my VAL. when i arrived malaysia, university staff came to pick me up and then only paid the tuition fees which was really cheap. Only 1800 ringgit a month. Classes from monday to friday. This was the fastest and cheapest way.
