Am going to UTM in January but my VAL process is still in infancy stage, you can get your SEV with just one thousand Naira and it’s processed over a period of ten working days. But I don’t have an idea how you come over here and processed it. I think it’s easier for you to contact Chadians and see if they have embassy or how they use to process their SEV
I think Muhammad you gave wrong information pls besure before posting SEV is almost 12000 n above. You said your VAL on process n given post VAL information…
Thanks for the correction, I think am a bit lost with reality, thinking its still the process I went through many years ago but things changed. Malaysia is my second home! Bsc in Singapore and Msc in Malaysia,left Malay in 2010. Am also going to UTM for PhD.

I think you can apply from Nigeria, or any vfs global office near your country. The one in fct Abuja handles Malaysia visa processing, and the fee is 2000 naira visa fee, and 9900 naira vfs global fee. Check their site and ask for help regarding sev, they have contact information there
I have written them but they are taking time to respond and I don’t really know what to do . Thanks for the different fees .
