You don’t need any agent to collect your SEV just download your VAL print it out and go direct to the Malaysia embassy in your country
Don’t forget to take along your International passport because the visa will given to you the exact day you go to collect it, take along your offer letter too because in the form you’ll fill you’ll be asked to write your school address and phone number.
