Is it compulsary for my university to come and settle with immigration upon my arrival. I’e airport pick up. Plus i have been to malaysia before.

  Yes! It’s compulsory for your university to clear you from the immigration. That’s the system and the procedure you cannot avoid.
  Don’t forget your yellow fever card too, and inform your university of your arrival date and time. Safe flight!
