Where are u from bro?

I am from Russia. I applied to change my course along with visa processing under new course, and got rejected.. under details it doesn’t show the reason but says it’s solely upon Immigration.

Я подала на смену курса вместе с подачей на визу под новым курсом и получила отказ от иммиграции. Пытаюсь выяснить, как можно подать апелляцию и узнать причину отказа.

First, make sure u’ve submitted all required docs. Keep in mind that the variation* docs are not the same as new app….

I have submitted all required docs as new application and fee is significantly higher than renewal, it has passed through EMGS check prior to immigration, but still got rejected there.. Given my results as distinction student, I can’t see the problem

Second, if everything is complete, write an appeal letter and send your institution,

A friend of mine was also rejected by immigration department because he didn’t cancel his pass as the same time* he withdrew from the course he was studying.

Make sure yours is not the same.

Thank you for clarification. Please advise if I could appeal to Putrajaya immigration or higher department? As I have to finish my course – all fees are paid, one semester left and I’m a Distinction student.
