The other document includes marraige certificate, birth certificateof child if applicable, filled proposal form. If child is less than 2 years then medical record (vaccination).
Passport and visa copy, they take 7 working days then inform you that wither app accepted or not. In case of acceptance you have to deposit fees of insurance. If you visit them personally they will provide you 15% discount.

You have to visit their office personally to submit the documents, institute will not arrange insurance of dependants.
