I have applied for my VAL and submitted all my documents on 22nd June. I am not getting any percentage. Why is that and What should I do? Thanks

  Check with your university if they subbmited the visa payment

    I have contacted them. They told me that they did.

Kindly refer to the link https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/. Please key-in your Passport Number and Nationality in order to access your application status. Alternatively, you may also download the EMGS mobile app to track your application status directly from your phone. Click here to download: http://goo.gl/tdPQFP.
  
  However, you may liaise with your institute for further clarification or else you may contact us at +603 2782 5888 or drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm including Public Holidays in regards to your application status. Have a nice day.
