My application is now 20% red color.I contact my collage & they informed me all my document have to be verify. i verified my docunment from Our education board, Education ministry,Foreign ministry & Court Notari too. Then i submit my verified documemt.But application status not changed. how can i solved this. help please

  Kindly liaise with your institute to check if they have submitted the required documents to EMGS as requested. You may also follow up on the status of your application via the EMGS mobile tracker or the EMGS official website.
  
  However, you may contact us at +603 2782 5888 or drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm including Public Holidays in regards to your application status. Have a nice day.

  I’m having same issues as my application is stuck in 20% and my university is also denied to contact with emgs department what should I do now? And also because of my previous application is still in emgs department that’s why I can’t even apply for another university.
