I am writing to respectfully inquire about my visa renewal status. My passport number is EM4415320, and the system shows my application progress is currently at 55%.

As my visa will expire very soon on April 10th, I am quite concerned. Could you please let me know if I am required to apply for a Special Pass at this stage? If a Special Pass is not needed, I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly help expedite my application process.
