Dear EMGS Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inquire about the status of my student pass application. My application status currently shows “Supporting Letter Provided to Institution”.

Could you kindly confirm if there are any further steps required from my side, and whether my passport has been submitted for endorsement?

Here are my details:

– Passport Number: P12665576
– Application Number: #########

  Please be informed that the EMGS supporting letter for your Student Pass was issued to your institution. Kindly note that they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office. As such, your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. Thus, you may follow up with the institution for further updates on your passport.
