My VAL appeal have been in the immigration since 8th of September. I was supposed to start my studies in September intake but because of the delay in my VAL I unfortunately had to defer to February intake. My VAL appeal is still in the immigration and I think it have been there too long. I’m sure there is something you can do because if no I don’t know who can. If it’s possible I would like to get a contact information to the person who handles appeals in immigration so I can try to email them. I don’t want to miss the second intake because of this matter.
