My name is Ibrahim Abdul Hamid Ismail Yunus, and I am a first-year Civil Engineering student currently studying in Malaysia.
I would like to kindly inquire about my student visa renewal application. I submitted my visa renewal request approximately three months before the expiration date of my current visa. However, I was recently surprised to receive a notification that my application had been refused due to the Linguaskill certificate being reported as unverifiable.
At the beginning of my studies, I took the Linguaskill exam and the result was accepted by my university, which allowed me to start my academic program without any issues. Therefore, I am confused about the current situation regarding the verification of the certificate.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what I should do next. Should I retake the Linguaskill exam, or is there another procedure required to verify my certificate?
As my current visa will expire in about one month, I would be very grateful if you could kindly advise me as soon as possible on the correct steps to resolve this matter.
