Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my pending visa application with EMGS. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to proceed with the application process due to technical issues that prevent me from moving forward with the submission.

As the application cannot be completed on my side, I kindly ask that my pending application be cancelled in the system. So that i can start a new one please and thank you

Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side to finalize the cancellation.
