Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request an urgent update on my visa application, as Week 1 at Monash University commenced today and I am now officially late for my intake.

My application has been at 50% with Immigration since 25 February. As this is a new application, I still do not have access to my university account and therefore cannot access course materials, which is significantly affecting the start of my studies. In addition, the deadline for unit enrolment is approaching, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the delay.

I would be most grateful if you could kindly coordinate with the Immigration Department to expedite the issuance of my VAL.

  Your application is currently with the Immigration Department for the eVAL approval process. The approval process will take approximately 7-10 working days from the day we submit your application to the Immigration Department. Kindly allow the Immigration Department some time to process your application. We will notify your institution of any updates regarding your application.
