I respectfully submit this formal request for urgent and priority consideration of my application on compelling medical and humanitarian grounds.

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant (seventh month), and according to documented medical advice, I am required to return to my home country, Iraq, at the earliest possible opportunity in order to ensure appropriate medical care and to avoid serious risks to my health and that of my unborn child. I am suffering from a medically diagnosed condition involving blood vessel abnormalities, which has led to repeated episodes of bloody vomiting and necessitates continuous medical supervision. From an aviation and regulatory standpoint, most international airlines strictly prohibit travel beyond the 30th week of pregnancy. As such, my remaining window for lawful and medically permissible travel is extremely limited. Any administrative delay beyond this period would effectively deprive me of the ability to travel safely and legally.

In addition, my husband’s special pass is scheduled to expire on 6 March. Given my advanced pregnancy, medical vulnerability, and the potential for premature or emergency delivery, it would be neither reasonable nor humane for me to remain without his physical presence and support.

Moreover, the ongoing armed conflict and escalating instability in the Middle East, accompanied by unpredictable airport closures and sudden flight suspensions, constitute exceptional circumstances beyond my control. These conditions significantly reduce available travel routes and impose an additional layer of urgency, as further delays may result in forced immobility under unsafe and medically inappropriate conditions.

In light of the above, my situation clearly meets the criteria of medical necessity, humanitarian consideration, and force majeure. I therefore respectfully request that my application be processed on an expedited basis.
