I would like to kindly inquire whether it is possible for me to enter Malaysia under the 90-day visa-free entry (as an Omani citizen) and remain in Malaysia while waiting for the issuance of my Student Pass / Visa Approval Letter (VAL).

Could you please confirm if this is permitted according to the university and immigration regulations, or if I am required to wait outside Malaysia until the student visa approval is issued?

I would highly appreciate your guidance to ensure that I follow the correct procedure and comply with Malaysian immigration rules.
