Dear EMGS Officer,

I have submitted my travel details in the EMGS Pre-Entry Checklist as required. My Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) shows Approved, but my Single Entry Visa and Flight Info are still showing Pending Verification.

My flight is on 28 January, and I will arrive on 29 January morning. Could you please confirm whether the verification will be completed before my departure? If it is not approved in time, kindly advise what I should do and whether I can still travel or if I must wait until the status is updated.

I would really appreciate your guidance, as my classes start around my arrival date and I’m concerned about any issues at entry.
