I am writing to kindly inquire about the possibility of traveling to Malaysia earlier than the official commencement date stated in my offer letter. Specifically, I would like to arrive at the beginning of February in order to complete my registration procedures at the university and then commence the English language course, which is scheduled to start on 23/2.
I would like to ask whether it is possible to complete the registration process and student pass/residency procedures by this time, or if I must strictly follow the official commencement date in March as stated in my offer letter.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with a clear outline of the required procedures to complete my registration and inform me of the next steps that I should follow.
For your kind information, I have already obtained my Visa Approval Letter (VAL).
