Dear EMGS team,
I need an immediate attention regarding my VISA application progress. I’ve been receiving the same message from EMGS for more than 1 week now.
The message says I need to make a payment in order to proceed with the VISA process however I’ve already made a payment to my university around 2 weeks ago. Does this mean I have an outstanding amount that I have to pay?

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to proceed with VISA application as my orientation will start in February.

  Please note that the issue regarding the payment has been resolved. Upon checking, we require additional documents from the institution to process your application. We have notified your institution on this matter. Therefore, you may need to liaise with them for further updates on this matter.
