Dear EMGS Team,

On 13 January, the EMGS system indicated that my application progress had reached 50%. On the same day, I submitted all required and relevant documents, including my passport, to my institution, UCSI University. As my student visa validity was less than five working days at that time, the required documents for a Special Pass were also submitted on the same day.

Subsequently, on 14 January, the university system showed that UCSI University had completed the online application and submitted the hardcopy documents together with my passport to the EMGS department.

As mentioned earlier, my student visa will expire on 16 January, and I have a confirmed international flight departing Kuala Lumpur on 23 January. With the visa expiry date approaching rapidly, this matter has become highly time-sensitive and critical for me. Any further delay may significantly affect my legal stay and travel arrangements.

I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly check the current progress, advise on the expected timeline, and, if possible, assist in expediting the verification process due to the urgency of my visa expiry and upcoming flight.
