My student pass endorsement has already been transferred to my new passport through INTI International University. However, when applying for the Graduate Pass, the system shows “student record not found.”

My student pass expires on 19 January 2026. I have already emailed EMGS with all verification documents attached (student visa, old and new passports, and completion letter) for your reference.

Kindly assist in linking my student record to my new passport in EMGS system.
