Dear EMGS Team, I would like to seek your assistance regarding my EMGS application status. I have already received my EVAL and offer letter with my new passport number. My passport details have been updated successfully, and I have completed the EMGS application again using my new passport number and correct personal details. However, when I log in to the EMGS app and check my application status, no information is displayed, and it remains pending with no updates. I am concerned as my orientation is scheduled for 29th January 2026 and I have to reserve my ticket flight eralier. I would like to ensure that my visa process is proceeding correctly without any issues.
