Dear EMGS officer,
Recently I have cancelled Sunway VISA and now I’m applying for Monash VISA. I have submitted my documents on 24th December however, I still haven’t seen any update on EMGS app. The app still shows the previous application that I’ve made.
I would like to know if the application is being processed accordingly.
My passport number is MJ4013574.
If possible, I would like to know when can I get eVISA and SEV since I need to book a flight ticket to Malaysia.

  Kindly clarify on your enquiry as per check in our system, your student pass is still valid under Sunway College. With regard to any new application created by your new institution, we advise that you refer to your institution for further updates.
