Dear EMGS Team,
I am writing to you to kindly ask about the Digital ID process. I tried this several times by now, and every time I fill in my name, passport number, nationality, and when I proceed to the verification selfie, it is stuck on the message “Please position your face witgin the frame.” However, as I tried different angles and lights, it persists to stay the same and would not let me proceed to get my Digital ID. I have to download my EMGS Approval letter but I cannot get it due to the Digital ID process failed. Could you please assist me with this problem if I am doing something wrong or what the solution can be? Thank you very much in advance!

Kindly send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order to check on this. Please provide your full name, passport number along with the screenshot of the error in the email to enable an EMGS officer to assist you further.
