Yes Sir I did contact with them but they totally blame on me even when I asked that you have uploaded the wrong insurance plan they replied we are human can do mistake. Than I asked why you didn’t respond to EMGS on time they replied we receive a lot of emails so can’t read each one.Sir is it the justification for my loss is it fear?So sir that’s why I mentioned where’s we can go for justice. Sorry to say I really disappointed as as every Malaysian support own person completely ignore the facts and figures of foreigners. Thanks a lot Sir for responding me.
