Hi EMGS,

I would like to follow up on the expected processing time for my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) appeal. My application (Application Number: #########, Passport Number: LX1820563) is currently at 50%, and Immigration received it on 19th November. It has now been one month, and I have not received any update regarding my eVAL.

Could you please advise how much longer this process is expected to take?

  Upon checking, in our system your application is still with the Immigration Department for the eVAL appeal process. Please be informed that there is no specific time-frame for the approval of VAL appeal applications. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution on the updates of your VAL status.
