Hello Sir,

With due respect, I would like to inform you that I’m an international student and enrolled to your reputed University of Genovasi for Master’s of Education, i have paid my one year tuition fees through my agent. I have arrived in Malaysia on 17th June and i return to my country on the same day for an emergency of my mother illness.
She had a heart stroke on that day, Because of my aunt passed away.In this regard i could not control myself that’s why i return emergency.My mother is in serious condition for last 2month and observation by the doctors and I’m the man of my house because my father passed away three and half years ago.So i have to stay with my mother and my family. I did not registered myself in University physically also.So,in this circumstances, i need to withdraw my tuition fees from the University Casue I’m Afraid that i can join my semester.and to whom do i need to contact to refund my tuition fees??

I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider my critical circumstances and my mother illness and you’ll refund my tuition fees.
