I would like to request your assistance regarding my husband’s Dependent Pass application.
Last year, both my husband and I studied at an English language school in Malaysia. Now I have been accepted into a PhD programme, and we have submitted a new Dependent Pass application for my husband.
However, on the EMGS website his profile still displays his previous student visa from the language school. That visa has already been officially closed, and we can provide the confirmation document if needed. Because the system still shows the old visa, the new Dependent Pass application does not appear, and my husband is unable to track the current application status.
Could you please update the system or his profile so that the correct application is displayed and we can monitor its progress?
