I need assistance with my Dependent Pass application.
Last year, my wife and I studied at an English language school in Malaysia. Now my wife has been accepted into a PhD programme, and we have submitted a new Dependent Pass application for me.
However, on the EMGS website my profile still shows my previous student visa from the language school, and the new Dependent Pass application does not appear. Because of this, I am unable to track the status of my current application.
Could you please update the system or my profile so that the correct application is displayed and I can monitor its progress?
My previous student visa has already been officially closed, and I can provide the supporting document if necessary
