I already mailed this issue please looking into it as soon as possible the travel date is very soon and I am way behind my schedule
Good day. I received a notification stating that my passport data page is unclear and needs to be re-uploaded. However, I am currently unable to find any option on the EMGS portal to edit or replace the passport image.
Could you please enable the option for me to re-upload a clearer copy of my passport, or advise me on how I should proceed?
