I received a notification in the EMGS system stating that I need to submit my IELTS results for the visa renewal process. However, the instructions did not specify where or how to submit the document.
I have already contacted the International Office of Sunway University, and they informed me to wait for an email from the university. Unfortunately, it has been one week, and I have not received any email or further instructions.
I am kindly requesting your assistance because my flight ticket to my home country is on 17 December, and I would like to spend my semester break with my family. Therefore, I am worried that the delay may affect my visa renewal process.
Could you please advise me on where to submit my IELTS results or help expedite the process?
