Specifically, they need to submit a valid insurance cover note for your group insurance, a medical screening confirmation letter, a personal bond, and a copy of the passport page showing your date of entry and valid pass. Please reach out to your institution to ensure these documents are submitted for further processing.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I would like to inform you that I have already submitted all the required documents — including my insurance form, medical screening confirmation, personal bond, and passport copy — to my university (IIUM Visa Unit) early yesterday morning.
My entry visa will expire tomorrow (8 November), and I am really worried because everything has already been completed from my side and submitted to the institution.
Kindly assist or advise if there is any issue from the institution’s side, so that I can follow up immediately.
I truly apologize for bothering you again, but I am anxious since I have been sick earlier and that caused some delay in my arrival.
