Dear EMGS Hub, I am currently in the process of my VAL, and I want to track it on the app however it won’t allow me to register as no approval email is being sent to my email ( I’m not receiving any email from your app) and I have already tried 2 different emails.

  It’s a common issue for automated emails to end up in spam or junk folders. Please double-check these folders in both of the email accounts you have used.
